After finishing a fulfilling career in teaching business education, it was a natural transition for Cherry to team up with Art in the field of real estate.

Growing-up in a “real estate” family, Kyle developed a passion for real estate at a very young age. After completing his university degree in Business, Kyle initially entered the business world of Finance – but it wasn’t long before his love of real estate drew him back to follow his dreams. Kyle is now a real estate broker, investor, developer & builder.

Kyle is passionate about educating his clients; whether they are new or seasoned real estate buyers, sellers or investors, about the entire real estate process, ensuring they don’t have any unanswered questions. Scott Yamamura is a dedicated and hardworking agent that prides himself in going the extra mile for his clients. He was born in Toronto and raised in Mississauga and is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier’s  Business School.

He has spent a decade in the private sector working with smaller companies and taking them to the next level.  Recently, he has returned home from working in Los Angeles and has joined his family in providing exceptional service and expertise as a real estate professional.

Casey attended Ryerson University where he studied Graphic Communications and Marketing. Following school, Casey worked for a marketing solutions company, where he earned his role as Senior Sales Executive. In this role, Casey was provided the training and guidance to grow a large sales portfolio that saw him focused mainly in the Pharmaceutical sector. Casey has since focused in on home construction and major home renovations and like many Real Estate Professionals, his career in Real Estate started out with him investing in his own properties.

Casey brings a talent for media, advertising and design to the Yamamura Team. His strength with technology is a true asset to all of our clients, as his focus is on providing both the highest volume and quality exposure to each and every one of the Yamamura team’s listings.

Casey is a family man with a real passion for travel, food and exercise. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, cycling and kicking the ball around with his kids.

 

Catherine Forsythe – Sales Representative

Catherine attended the University of Western Ontario where she obtained her Bachelor of Science and then continued her education at the Michener Institute where she achieved her qualifications as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. This led to a position at the Hospital for Sick Children where she held many roles.

It quickly became apparent that her favourite aspect of working at SickKids was guiding and supporting families through one of the most difficult situations of their lives. Catherine excelled at showing families tremendous compassion and empathy and she always took the time to educate and answer questions. These qualities have proven to be her most valuable asset as a realtor.

When not helping clients with their real estate needs she can be found cheering on her children at the arena, football field, curling club or pool. She also takes every opportunity to visit her beautiful hometown, The Blue Mountains.
